Thank you for contacting the Minnesota Patriot Guard. To request a Patriot Guard mission please read the following mission information:
The missions undertaken by Minnesota Patriot Guard include:
Honor Missions for Fallen American heroes
Honor Missions for veterans as requested by families
Visits to VA Medical Centers and Minnesota State Veterans Homes
Welcome Home and Deployment Sendoff Missions
Special Missions requested by Veterans Organizations
All missions are attended by volunteer Minnesota Patriot Guard members and do not require compensation.
All mission requests should include your name and contact phone number, and the location, date, and time of the event. All requests for funeral missions must come from the immediate family or their representative (Casualty Assistance Officer or Funeral Director). All requests for send-off and welcome home missions for military units must come from the unit’s command structure.
Please note that all requests require 48 hours advance notice for our volunteers to plan the mission and notify our members. Because we are an organization that is comprised of all volunteers, we can not make any promises on missions.
Once you have submitted your request, one of our volunteers will contact you as quickly as possible to arrange the mission. While we make every effort possible to meet mission requests within these guidelines, in some cases we may have to turn down a request due to time constraints on our volunteers.
